Adult students are welcome to join us Tuesday/Thursday evenings from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm and Saturday mornings from 11:00am to 11:45am.

- Combat Jiu Jitsu
- Shaolin Kung Fu
Our senseis will help you learn self defense while gaining confidence and being involved in plenty of exercise. This is a great program to help one get in shape and learn to protect themselves.
